We provide a curated concierge service — including AI-powered show recommendations, member polls, and rankings — to help members discover what to watch. VIPTV.Cool does not host, stream, broadcast, or distribute copyrighted content. We are a curation and recommendation platform, not a content provider.
Members gain access to a personal AI VIP Concierge that curates show recommendations based on your stated preferences and club trends; live member rankings across genres (drama, comedy, sci-fi, documentary, etc.); weekly polls; curated Top 5 and VIPTV 10 lists; and a private membership experience — no public feeds, no comments sections, no noise. Membership is for personal, non-commercial use only.
All members pay a $5 yearly membership lease to keep their VIPTV.Cool membership active. This is like a club membership card — renewed once per year. The lease is non-refundable and is separate from membership dues.
After initiation, members pay membership dues based on their chosen plan ($30/month, $75/quarterly, $120/6 months, or $180/annual). Dues are paid in advance via USDT (TRC-20). Membership access continues for the duration of the paid period. Dues are non-refundable but members may cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the paid term.
Membership is by invitation only. VIPTV.Cool reserves the right to approve, decline, or revoke membership at any time and for any reason. Members agree not to redistribute, resell, or publicly share membership access. Each member receives a unique invite code. The club remains elite by design — members invite people with taste.
Members are expected to conduct themselves with class and respect. VIPTV.Cool is a private club — interactions are between each member and their concierge. Any attempt to abuse, manipulate, or exploit the concierge service, rankings, or polls may result in membership termination without refund.
VIPTV.Cool acts as a private membership club and curation platform. We do not host, broadcast, or create content. Show recommendations, rankings, and polls are generated based on member input and algorithmic curation — they are subjective and for entertainment purposes only. Membership is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted service, accuracy of rankings, or suitability of recommendations.
Member information is kept private and never sold to third parties. Your viewing preferences and concierge interactions are used solely to improve your recommendations. All payments are processed on-chain via USDT — no banking information is ever collected or stored.
Members may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the paid term. No partial refunds are provided for early cancellation. Contact your concierge to cancel. Your membership will not renew at the end of the current term.
All membership payments are processed exclusively in USDT (TRC-20). No credit cards, debit cards, or fiat currency are accepted. This ensures member privacy, eliminates chargebacks, and keeps the club independent of traditional financial systems.
